When adding an offline donation from the admin side and selecting "Mail by check" or "Pay with Cash, the "Thank you for your donation" screen is irrelevant for the admin to be presented and a "Add another offline donation to same campaign" would me more useful so that it restarts the workflow on the select amount screen.

The offline donation entry work flow does not need to include sharing features since the user/admin is entering the data is not the actual donor.

Ultimately, this could be combined or replaced with the ability to do batch entries for offline donations.
