Hi, I have a problem with one of my campaigns - a series of failed transactions have been lost and i cant contact these donors.on another platform i work with all failed transacitions are listed and i can access them so i can follow up with these potentials donors.On that platform donors leave their name and email before their credit card details and then they are saved on the list.

I agree! We had another person buy a ticket when it shouldn't have been available because we couldn't easily see there was a failed payment.

Email says "For more details visit the Givebutter dashboard" when donation failed to process, but neither Dashboard nor Transactions shows any info about the failed transaction.

I agree this would be a useful feature, and or abandoned transactions
