Yes! Use Case: Our event has table exhibitors and volunteers, and with Eventbrite we could send them different reminders at different times. We also have a special "Reception" ticket for an entirely different evening that needs its own reminder and directions.

I know I can do that now through Engage, but I feel like it would be a lot easier (and less confusing) with something directly tied to the event.
