I agree, there should be a clear checkbox asking if the user wants to cover each type of fee, and it should clearly state what that fee is (not just a percentage but a dollar amount). Something like the attached image but with better text such as "I would like to cover the credit card processing fees." and "I would like to offer GiveButter a tip so that <institution name> can use this fundraising service for free."

Overall, the construct of tip for Givebutter is hard to understand the way it is presented to the campaign owner as well as the donor. I think explaining the fees with a little more clarity by changing language or changing how it is viewed in the process of donating might be two examples of how to improve it/consider approving it.
