Remove "share this campaign" in email receipts

Have the option that allows you to toggle off, including “share this campaign” in the emailed receipts.
This is especially useful for unlisted campaigns.

It's amazing to be able to embed event ticketing on a client website!
By embedding the event ticketing the organization is able to communicate its mission, solidify its brand and create trust.
When a donor/user is being sent to the Givebutter campaign page after having purchased a ticket to the event on the organizations website it not only creates one more click for the user to get to the website, but also creates confusion as the user has never engaged with the organization in this manner.
Would love to see "Visit the campaign" and "Share the campaign" links editable/removable as well as the text itself as the word campaign may not be the verbiage that is appropriate for the event.
