Remove Optional Donation Step from Ticket Checkout

Add a setting that allows campaign organizers to disable the optional/skippable donation page that appears after a supporter selects a ticket during checkout.

I would love to see this feature be an option vs. built-into the system.
At our non-profit we do offer free events to allow folks to get to know us, so it would make for easier page building if we could just toggle that on or off.
However, sometimes for our other free events it does make sense to have that option open included in our event page.
Just allowing for more personalization and customization of each feature when building out a new campaign would be appreciated. Thanks!
