Recurring plans page column at a glance dates for start and cancel plan

In the Recurring plans page, besides the Next bill date, there should be a column Set up plan to see and sort via date. And maybe a Date Cancelled column too.

Gidon Ariel We've added a cancellation date when you hover over the Status indicator for canceled plans.
