Provide a description for each funds/donation designations

The ability to see a description of the fund when a donor decides their designation. For example: If I were to choose "Clinics" as my designation, a small pop-up would tell me about the Clinics designation.

Heck yes! Especially helpful when an org (such as ourselves unfortunately) has an inordinately large number of funds from which a donor can choose. It doesn't have to be lengthy, maybe 250-400 characters per fund.
