HOW HAS THIS SIMPLE FIX BEEN SITTING UNRESOLVED FOR ALMOST TWO YEARS? I just realized that promo codes don't work on ticket bundles, which is crazy?. If a promo code is worth X amount, it should be good for X amount off any ticket or ticket bundle. What is the logic behind limiting this to indivudual tickets only? It doesn't make sense. If someone wants to use their promo code on a larger (more expensive) bundle, why does GIvebutter think we should not be allowed to do that?

Promo codes need to be added to bundles, and/or you need to make it possible to add attendees and sponsors who paid by check without them receiving a request to send a check. Our organization only inputs those who have paid, so there's no need to request a check.

Is there an update on this? Either there needs to be a way to add a promo code to a ticket bundle OR add the ability to pledge for a ticket bundle.

Please get this done quickly. Luckily, I tested it. Lack of this feature will cost us in donations and time spent. Thank you in advance for expediting this

Please please please! We are losing donations, I fear because we can't offer discounts to bundles.

This is definitely something needed - I'm glad we tested before we fully deployed all of our marketing around the event! I get that bundles may need to be treated differently than a ticket - but at least have the setting to apply or not apply promotions to bundles. This could've been very embarrassing if we hadn't tested...

This was an unforeseen obstacle after our campaign was already in flight. Discounts to bundles were part of our marketing plan and we found out that wasn’t a thing only by encountering it when setting it up.
