The ability for a donor to remain anonymous when making a dedication donation (in honor/memory) and sending a notification email to the donor recipient.

Use case: Add the ability to send dedication emails automatically each year (or at a set interval) for recurring donations.
Reason:
Currently, dedication emails are only sent once when the initial recurring donation is made. Allowing yearly or periodic dedication emails would make it easier for organizations to acknowledge donors’ ongoing contributions and maintain meaningful engagement with their supporters.
