Ability to set multiple start times based on the timed events set on tickets.

I think this applies to my use case. We just ran an event with a VIP happy hour beginning at 6pm, and a Gala at 7 pm (decided after we built the campaign). Because an event only has one start time, we ran into confusion because people didn't know to come at 6 for the VIP.
