More Options to Customize the "Form" Campaign

It would be helpful to have more customization options for the form campaign rather than it being so simple. For example, the ability to adjust the picture or cover and more options to customize the story or description box would make it more flexible and visually appealing.

We need to ensure that the forms are available in multiple languages for accessibility. Additionally, certain questions should trigger follow-up sections based on the respondent’s answer—for example, if someone selects '3' for 'How many children?', the form should automatically display three follow-up questions to collect the age of each child. If '0' is selected, the form should skip the child-related questions and proceed to the next relevant section.

This would be great!

Use case scenario: Additional custom fields like "File" so donors can upload files when donating.

Agree with Kait Cogswell. Need more flexible formatting options on the FORM campaign.

I agree with Suzi Scher. I am about to publish my new campaign, using a FORM campaign. It's too late for me to change to an EVENT campaign. I used this option last campaign and thought the FORM campaign would be similar. Unfortunately, I found the same issues as Suzi with the inflexibility of formatting the picture cover (gets cut-off on mobile devices) and lack of attention-getting formatting. I'd appreciate if GB would make this a priority. Thanks!
