We have been receiving feedback that donating is difficult because people don't realize that their phone number is required. The issue is that there isn't an obvious notice indicating that a required field isn't filled out. Most of the time, a required field is highlighted with a red box or line, making it clear that it needs to be completed. I would encourage Givebutter to make it more obvious on form fields that are required, and if they aren't filled out, to clearly indicate the specific required field that needs to be completed.
