Include Paddle Raise Commitments in live Display

It would be helpful to have the option to include committed (but not yet paid) paddle raise amounts in the live display.

This is similar (though not the same) as including current high bids for auction items in both the live display and in the campaign progress bar, as discussed here: https://community.givebutter.com/auctions/p/progress-bar-reflects-committed-bids and https://community.givebutter.com/auctions/p/auction-items-shown-in-live-display

Yes, it makes no sense to have the paddle raise feature without this.
