I appreciate that this feature is planned. Are there any updates available regarding the timing of its release?

Not being able to hide this optional donation kills sales focused campaigns when you are trying to sell tickets. you need to disable this ASAP. I'm running ads focused on ROI and this step in the funnel KILLS conversions

This!! We just ran using Givebutter for member events past our board and it looks like we might get a veto because they don't want to ask members for additional donations when they are receiving their member exclusive benefits.

We like the ability to make an additional donation when getting tickets for an event because we undercharge for our conferences and it gives people the opportunity to donate extra if they are able to to help us offset costs. What we would like is the option to disable the "No thanks I'd just like to donate" which appears at the bottom of the ticket options because the donation page comes up soon after and it could be confusing, especially in the case where the event is free.

I'd love to see the option to have this disabled or at the very least be able to customize the message. No thanks, I'd just like to donate makes little sense for a free event.

Hey Givebutter, It would be helpful to have the option to disable the "Add an optional donation" page after selecting a ticket to purchase.

Caroline Rensel agreed - sometimes we just want a simple check out process (for free events) and we can engage with them at a later date for donations.
