I would like Givebutter to generate a unique QR code for each mailing-list signup form. Our immediate use case is allowing guests at in-person events to scan a QR code and quickly join our mailing list.

The current workaround requires us to embed the form on an external landing page and use another tool to generate a QR code. Built-in QR codes would simplify this process and make signup forms easier to use at events and in flyers, direct mail, and other offline materials.
