Generate AI contact summaries on demand per contact

Add a button to generate an AI summary only when needed for a specific contact, rather than displaying summaries automatically on every contact profile. This would be helpful for contacts with extensive activity while reducing unnecessary or potentially misleading summaries.

I would like the option to opt out of AI enhancements completely on my account - this would be a half step toward that. The nonprofit sector is already having to step into the gap left between big tech ambitions and glacial rates of regulation. When power rates go up further and projected job losses happen we will step up again. It's what we do. In the meantime I don't want to contribute.
