Fiscal Sponsorship is now complete and available for organizations using Givebutter! 
🎉 We're so excited to introduce Fiscal Sponsorship verification on Givebutter, allowing multiple organizations to share the same EIN! This is perfect for chapters, fiscally sponsored projects, and organizations under a parent nonprofit.
To verify your organization:
Go to Account > About > Account Verification > Verify your nonprofit
Check the box indicating fiscal sponsorship/chapter status
Enter your sponsor's EIN
Submit for review
Even if your sponsor isn't on Givebutter, you can still verify your organization! 
✅ Once approved, you'll receive verification benefits including the verified status badge, ability to accept ACH payments, DAF donations, and more!

Please consider this option for 501c3s under Umbrella Organizations and include the option to provide verification papers to support the 501c3 designation. We are under a 501c3 Umbrella Organization that has been granted a group exemption letter recognizing subordinates as exempt from federal income tax under section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code as organizations of the type described in section 501c3. Under this Umbrella Organization, all of the subordinates listed with the IRS have their EINs and charters showing their status as holding 501c3 status.

I vote for this as well. We share an EIN with our parent organization and would need this feature in order to use GiveButter. It won't work for us any other way. Thank you!

It would be extremely helpful to have this feature. Especially taking nonprofits in the cannabis space into consideration. Due to federal illegality even being totally non plant touching causes gross issues with securing 501c3 status. Being able to utilize a parent organization, that of course has thoroughly vetted us, is essential.
