When filtering recipients in an Engage text campaign by a status such as Did not click, exporting the results still downloads the full recipient list instead of only the filtered contacts. The Contacts section also does not currently support filtering by text-message engagement activity.

Use case:

Organizations running time-sensitive campaigns need to follow up only with recipients who have not engaged. Exporting the full list creates extra manual work and increases the risk of sending duplicate messages to people who already clicked.

Requested improvement:

Allow users to filter and export contacts by Engage delivery and engagement statuses, including:

Delivered

Not delivered

Clicked

Did not click

Opened, where applicable

Unsubscribed

The exported file should include only the contacts shown in the filtered results.
