Add additional formatting options for Team Member pages to differentiate them from main campaign pages.

Here is an example from another company - https://app.99pledges.com/fund/stabaseball2021/isaiah-omiat. It was very confusing for our families to know when they were on their team pages and the individual children pages separate from the main campaign page. We would like to:
- Be able to have the team icon reflected at the top of the page to make it clear you are on the team page, Custom headlie as well to make it clear you are on the Team page.
- Add custom headline and body copy and image for each indvidual's page at the top of the page so it is clear you are on the indvidual's page.
- Move the larger campaign progress to the bottom of a team or individual's page so it is clear you are on a sub-page and not the main campaign page.
