Edit P2P email & URL + assign contact when creating P2P manually

Admins can’t (1) update a Peer-to-Peer email or URL after creation, and (2) can’t assign a contact (or specify email/URL) when adding a P2P fundraiser manually. This creates extra steps when a registrant signs up with a personal address but later needs it under a school/org, or when admins stand up pages for participants who aren’t logging in.
Requested Feature:
Allow admins to edit a P2P page’s email and public URL post-creation.
When creating a P2P page manually, allow admins to assign an existing contact or enter email + desired URL during setup.
Optional: prompt to send/skip notifications to the assigned contact.
