Direct the donor portal link to the homepage instead of the transactions and receipts. If the donors get routed to the receipts, they'll not know how to manage their ticket. They'll have to click "Home" before they can manage their tickets which most will miss. You can also consider to "Clock on the logo on top right to go to transaction"
