Donation Disclaimer Statement

Ability to add a disclaimer for 'Add Optional Donation'. Would like to be able to make a statement that 'gifts received over and above our goal will be used for other similar projects' or that the gift is preferenced so it can be used for other purposes.

I agree that support for disclaimers are important and I would appreciate their implementation. Both federal and state laws may have mandated disclaimers, especially on the landing page, donation receipts, and so forth. I do not know if a tagline feature would be an appropriate fix for an interim.
