Second this, with some further suggestions:
- Ability to create account custom fields, then you have the option to include them in campaigns with all preset settings and picklist options
- Editing the account custom fields will sync the changes across all campaigns that include this custom field. Picklist options are synced as well.
- In Transaction reports, account custom questions are treated as the same question across campaigns. There would be only one column for an account custom question, no matter how many campaigns it's on (currently, there is one column per campaign, even if the questions are identical).
This would be very useful for questions like "How did you hear about us?" that we would want synced across all campaigns and reported on in aggregate.
