It would be amazing to have the ability to create an Engage template (email or SMS) without having to select contacts first.

On top of that, adding auto-save and template saving would be a huge help—especially the auto-save feature, since it would prevent progress from being lost if you need to step away mid-draft.

Finally, it would be awesome if we could update an existing template without it automatically creating a new draft. That way, managing templates would be much smoother and less cluttered.
