Consider feature-based pricing for Givebutter Plus instead of contact-based

Givebutter Plus includes multiple integrations and features. Some organizations may not use all of them, and having the option to pay for only the features they use could make pricing feel more tailored and accessible.
This could help organizations better align their subscription cost with their actual usage, while still keeping the platform flexible and robust.

I also agree with something like this, sadly I still feel a little like Givebutter betrayed us by revealing the EXACT SAME pricing model that it got known for trying to disrupt. I mean, thank you for not forcing us all into that system and committing to keeping the base functionality free, but it kinda sucks that you are now hiding good stuff behind a per-contact fee structure! When I was checking you out at first your own reps agreed with me that that's inane way to charge people!

Paying by contact also makes it difficult to fully use the engage feature. We have 2,000 contacts on our newsletter that I would consider emailing through Engage, but that would be a huge price increase when our actual donors are in the 4 - 500 range.

I absolutely agree with this. One thing that may help is archiving contacts who only engage with you one time or who you don't have valid contact information for, by the way!

ADS is a nonprofit special education school with only 125 students. Many of our donors give just once or participate in a single fundraiser, so paying per donor isn’t feasible for us. We rely heavily on the text-to-donate feature for every fundraiser, but the other upgraded features aren’t beneficial to our organization. Having to pay for the text feature now is especially disappointing since it was a key part of the free package that originally brought us to GiveButter — and one of the things we’ve loved most about the platform. A feature-based pricing option, or keeping the text feature free, would better support small nonprofits like ours.

It is also hard to pay by contact, when there are a LOT of people who donate one time and you never hear from them again!

Andrea Cook yes agree! We have many fundraisers we run through GB where only one purchase will only be made.

I endorse this request. GAEF is a very small education foundation that would greatly benefit from the advanced marketing tools (EMail editor and outbound text messaging) available in Givebutter Plus. GAEF is probably at least two years away from being able to sustain the $79.00/month Givebutter Plus annual subscription rate. However, access to the Givebutter Plus marketing tools at a reduced subscription price (perhaps a flat annual cost?) would be very helpful. Being able to access the tools would also help keep nonprofits like GAEF in the Givebutter family. Thank you for your consideration.
