Change the way charges from Givebutter are displayed on credit card invoices to show more of the org's name so it's clear what the charge is.

Agree with other comment.Customers are canceling as fraudelent charges. Even if we could do more with the character limits after it says givebutter.

This is causing donors to call their credit card company and report it as a fraudulent transaction.

Please help us help you, but having us both organizations displayed would be an important part of our partnership. We already have built the field into our data. If you're getting the money, grab our organization name!

Our donors have called us wondering what happened to their gift. We found out that it's the fact that our organization is not showing up at all on the credit card statements. Please prioritize org name on card charges so they can manage their charitable giving.

This is confusing for the donor, it should definitely have the organization name and something like Powered by Givebutter.

Please consider allowing the organization name to appear on statements. This will help us from having so many refunds due to them thinking it's fraud.

Allowing the org name will keep us from dealing with charge backs.

Customizing the credit card statement code has been really important for us as an organization on another platform so customers do not challenge the transaction, not knowing that they paid for an event or donation to our organization.

Yes: donors and auction bidders can be confused and challenge the charge on their account.

This would have a big impact on our members. We frequently have confusion and members call to inquire.
