Currently, options remain selectable even after they have already been chosen, which can lead to duplicate sponsorships and manual tracking by the organization.

Requested functionality:

Automatically disable/remove an option after selection

Limit options to a single selection/redemption

Optionally display the item/student as “Sponsored” or “Unavailable” once claimed
