Use case scenario: Automated email reminder system that can track email opens or automatically follow up with people who haven't donated after receiving a campaign link.
"Can the system send automatic reminders to people who were emailed the link to support the event and asked to donate but didn't open the email /or haven't donated yet?"

Yes, please! Options could be:
1) Contacts that received an email but didn't open it.
2) Contacts that received an email, opened it, but didn't donate/register.
3) Contacts that received an email, opened it, started but didn't check out.
Would be great to pre-write the follow-up letter, set a date, and have it automatically send to the right people on that date. I imagine our email would say something like "In case you missed it, here's what we said..."
I'm sure I could do something like this through some fancy Segment filtering, but having it built right into the Engage email flow would be awesome. Surveymonkey does this and I love it.
