This request is very time-sensitive. As we approach the end of the year, I’m creating multiple campaigns and the platform is becoming quite cluttered. Since many people in our organization use Givebutter as admins, the current setup could quickly become confusing.

I’m unable to delete the campaign because we’ll need to replicate it in 2026 for fundraising, so the best solution would be the ability to archive it and restore it later as needed. I noticed the first request on this topic dates back to 2020—could you share what’s causing the delay?

This functionality is standard on similar platforms (such as TeamRaiser), and it would be a huge benefit for Givebutter as well. Please prioritize this feature—it will make a significant difference for organizations like ours.

Looks like this has been marked as Planned since January 2025 - really anxious to see this as completed (it's August 2025) - dashboard gets so busy this will be a great help. Thank you!!

We host multiple events/programs a week and our campaign dashboard is getting quite crowded. It can be confusing to know which events are still active, as they aren't in date order but rather the date created. If an event/program could be archived when over, it would help keep my program manager happier!

hoping this will be done soon -- as we started using Givebutter we made so many campaigns, now we don't need so many but I have to scroll through so many in the list to look at the actually active campaigns (yes I know I can pin them! :-) I'd like to be able to see the list in a clean way.

If we could at least sort the campaigns by active and inactive that would be helpful while we wait for this feature to happen
