Currently, workflow Branch steps can only detect whether any link in a message was clicked. This feature request would allow users to add conditions based on specific links or URL patterns within a message. For example, if a recipient clicks a link containing “/veterans,” the workflow could automatically apply a tag like INTEREST: Veterans, or if they click a “/sustainability” link, apply INTEREST: Sustainability. This would enable more targeted tagging, segmentation, and follow-up based on supporter interests.
