Allow updated donation receipts to be resent after donor/contact changes

Request:
Allow donation receipts to be regenerated or resent with updated donor/contact information after a transaction has been completed.
Current behavior:
When a donation is processed, the receipt reflects the donor/contact details available at the time of the transaction. If an admin later updates the contact record, changes the donor type, or reassigns the transaction to a company-type contact, the original receipt may not always reflect the updated information unless specific workarounds are used.
Use case:
A donor may accidentally give as an individual when the donation should be attributed to a company, household, or organization. Admins may need to correct the donor record and resend a receipt showing the updated donor name for bookkeeping, employer matching, sponsorship documentation, or tax records.
Impact:
Without a clear way to regenerate an updated receipt, nonprofits may have to manually explain the discrepancy or create separate documentation for the donor. This creates extra support work and can be confusing for both admins and donors.
Requested functionality:
Give admins a safe way to resend or regenerate a receipt using the current transaction/contact assignment, while preserving the original transaction record for audit purposes. Ideally, the system would show whether a receipt is original or regenerated, and log the update internally.
