Request to allow peer-to-peer campaign participants or team members to enter cash and check donations they collect directly from their own fundraising page or participant dashboard.
Current behavior: Offline transactions need to be added by an admin or editor from the dashboard. Admins can credit the offline transaction to a team member using the Member field.
Requested behavior: Give team members a way to submit or enter offline donations themselves, especially for cash and check donations collected during peer-to-peer events. Ideally, these could either be added directly to their fundraising page totals or submitted for admin approval before being counted.
Use case: Organizations running long-standing peer-to-peer events often have participants collecting offline donations. One customer shared that they have run this type of event for 14 years through another vendor and consider this functionality critical for peer-to-peer fundraising.
