Allow payroll deduction as a payment method

Similar to the "pay by check" option, add a button for "payroll deduction" to allow organizations to collect donor data and track expected donations from payroll

"Payroll Deduction" and "Company Match" would both be helpful. We have offline transactions from Benevity that we have to manually enter every month, and they are both of these Payment Methods. "Other" does not describe them well.
