It would be helpful to allow admins to upload and attach files (PDFs, images, receipts, etc.) directly to offline transactions, especially for in-kind donations.
Many organizations receive documentation from donors that reflects the value of the donation, and it’s standard practice to retain that documentation with the donation record for compliance and recordkeeping purposes.
A business donor provides food for several events as an in-kind donation. The business generates a receipt reflecting the fair market value of the donation.
We currently log the in-kind donation in Givebutter, but we would like the ability to upload the receipt to the transaction record for tracking and future reference in case questions arise.
