Currently, Plus plan users receive automatic email alerts whenever their contact count approaches or exceeds their plan limit. While these notifications are meant to prevent surprises and inform about overages, some users find them confusing.

We’d love the ability to customize these notifications, including:

Turning alerts on or off for the account.

Choosing which users receive the alerts.
