On the donation payment form - LOSE the edit link and just show the information right on the page that people can see the transaction fees but choose to NOT cover them. Right now when you give them the option to cover them it looks like they HAVE to cover them.

Right now when "allow donors to cover fees" is selected as a form option, the way it presents doesn't come across as optional. It's off putting to donors to seem that they have to cover fees.

Yes, we would like to see that across the board and the ability to cover tips for our constituents
