Allow ACH setup without requiring online banking login

One of our donors does not use online banking, so they’re unable to set up a recurring donation via ACH since it currently requires logging into their bank account to confirm the connection.
It would be helpful if donors could set up ACH using their routing and account number without needing online banking credentials. This would make it much easier for donors who prefer not to bank online or who don’t have access to online banking.

Yes agree. Many of our donors have complained about having to login to their online banking and some simply do not have online banking (older crowd).

Yes an E-check feature would be great. We have the same situation.

Given financial reporting and tracking requirements, I cannot imagine a scenario where this would be possible.
