Admins want to turn off donation (New Transactions) notifications for all users on the account from a single place. Notification settings are currently per user and available under My Notifications. Each team member has to turn off their own "New Transactions" toggle, and there's no org-wide control.

Requested: An account-level setting that lets admins disable donation notifications for all team members. It could also let them choose which notification types to turn off.

Why it matters: Larger teams can't easily stop notification noise. Admins have to ask each person to change their own settings, and new users start with notifications on again.
