User feedback: Add Direct Google Wallet Delivery for Event Tickets (Instead of PDF-Only)
A user shared feedback requesting that attendees be able to add their event tickets directly to Google Wallet at checkout or from their confirmation page, rather than receiving tickets primarily as PDFs.
Currently, tickets are delivered as PDFs, which can create friction during check-in. Attendees may need to open emails, download the PDF, and zoom in on QR codes for scanning. Direct wallet delivery could streamline the experience by allowing faster, easier access to QR codes from a mobile device.
There is also continued interest in maintaining a printable ticket option for attendees who prefer physical copies.
