Add "Forgot Password" when people click "Fundraise"

There's no "Forgot Password" ability when logging in from the fundraising page on a given campaign. People may reset their password from the main login page, but it would be helpful to add the "forgot password" ability from the "Fundraise" option on the campaign page.

I had a lot of issues with people who participated last year coming back this year and not remembering their password from their previously setup account. Unfortunately, there was nowhere on the sign-in box to reset. People had to reach out to me, and I had to send them a separate link for the reset. I think it led to several people not participating again and frustrated everyone. Please add.

Our 2nd Givebutter event will be coming up in October so we have not encountered this yet, but I could foresee it being an issue.
