Add a "view all/show all" button right next to the team member heading

"An option for a Show All button be ADDED next to the Team Members heading at the top of the team member list so people can opt to Show All team members before they scroll. My experience is that people aren't necessarily noticing the Load More button at the bottom of the default list of team members."

This confused our attendees this weekend also. At the point they got there they just wanted to purchase drinks and had no clue about who is going to get credit for what. I ended up doing the orders for a lot of people on their cell phones So they could process their payment.
