Add the ability to set a custom thank-you message on the Account, which automatically gets inherited by any sub-campaigns. Can be overwritten on the Campaign-level.

Adding an account-level custom thank you message is now available. To set one, visit your account settings. Please note that this will apply to all campaigns under your account, unless you've set a campaign-level thank you message, in which case it'll be overridden.
