Turn the one-time recurring donation recommendation off for specific campaigns.

this would make so much sense. for example, right now we only have yearly turned on for a campaign, but then the upsell says "monthly"... so we can either only turn it off for all campaigns, or leave it on monthly, which doesn't make sense... we want the upsell option on some (not all) campaigns, and it would be great if we can determine the frequency or amount per campaign.
