Ability to sell merchandise as an add-on during ticket checkout

A feature that lets organizers offer optional items (like T-shirts, cups, or merch) directly within the ticket purchase flow, without requiring separate attendee information or a second transaction.

Another use case we’re seeing from event organizers is the ability to add optional experiences or contributions during ticket checkout.
For example, an organizer asked if supporters could select optional add-ons like:
• “Pay it forward” contributions to sponsor another attendee
• Booking an additional experience at the event (e.g., a massage session)
Currently, the workaround is creating separate tickets or using suggested donations, but having true add-ons during checkout would make this much more streamlined for organizers and supporters.

This is a great idea. It is especially useful for golf tournaments and other events!

Yes please! Not just merch, but an "Item" section similar to "Tickets". For example, SKUs with quantities for selling raffle ticket sheets or contest entries, merch, etc. and allow them to be bundled. Available for quick sales on the day of the event, or as Presale Ticket "Add-Ons".

Or just to offer merch in general so it doesn't look like a ticket.

This would accelerate our eventual move from Eventbrite to Givebutter for our events.
It's a bit complicated because some of our ticket packages include merch and other items.
And it gets even more complicated with sponsor packages that include tickets that can include merch.
But even a simple merch option for simple events would be a big start.
