Ability to Reserve Tickets or Sponsorships Without Recording Payment
Kyle Balitos
Currently, tickets and sponsorships cannot be reserved in a campaign without logging a transaction. Availability is based only on completed or recorded payments.
It would be helpful to have the ability to temporarily reserve or hold a ticket or sponsorship without processing payment. This would support organizations that receive verbal commitments or are waiting on offline payments such as checks.
Request: Add a “reserve” or “hold” status option for tickets and sponsorships that temporarily removes them from public availability without requiring a recorded transaction.

Yes, this would be really helpful for foundations that have board members that want to reserve a table

Yes! this would be awesome! Especially if we didn't have to enter address, email, and phone during this process. Sometimes we do not have all the info available when entering a ticket for an event.

OMG yes!!! IT creates such a cluster of errors, duplicates and messes to clean up not having this feature. And having to comp people makes it look like payments on the back end, leading to inaccurate donor data. PLEASE TAKE THIS ONE SERIOUSLY.

We always have some " sponsored" tickets aka freebies at our events - currently I have to create a promo code for $0 then go in and purchase the tickets - a pretty laborious chore. Being able to just add attendees would be a big help!

Perhaps a "Pledge" status. Ideally either the Donor or the Administrator would have this option during checkout (maybe with a special URL to unlock it)... then can return later to complete the transaction.

Cant the Administrator reserve the tickets or table for them with a Cash or Check payment collectable later?
