Ability to hide empty custom fields and alphabetize them

The user has about 28 custom fields showing on their profile page and shared that it feels cluttered when fields are empty. They would like:
User feedback:
Only display custom fields if they contain data
Option to alphabetize custom fields for easier navigation
They feel this would make the profile page less cluttered and more user-friendly
