Use-case scenario: Add an option in settings for tickets to exclude fair market value of that ticket's sales from the campaign total.

Not just tickets, but also the FMV of auction items! The current implementation results in ~double counting—i.e. A $20 item is donated, and then someone wins it for $20, the result is $40 in the campaign total despite our org only netting $20 from that transaction.
