Ability to Disable Team Donations While Keeping Individual Fundraising Active

The user would like the ability to turn off donations to teams without disabling team member fundraising.
In this setup, teams are primarily used for organization and reporting, while fundraising is intended to happen at the individual level only. However, when team fundraising is enabled, donors are automatically given the option to donate directly to a team, which cannot currently be removed.
The ideal solution would be a setting that allows:
- Individual (team member) fundraising to remain active
- Teams to still exist for grouping and reporting purposes
- Donations to be credited only to individual fundraisers
- The option to donate directly to teams to be disabled via a toggle
This would effectively allow for “individual-only” team fundraising, improving both campaign structure and the donor experience.

Use case:
There is also a need for the reverse setup. Some organizers want to disable individual fundraising while keeping team fundraising active, so donations can only be made to teams. This would provide similar flexibility for campaigns that are structured around team-based giving rather than individual fundraisers.
