Ability to customize the Supporter header shown when viewing the campaign via mobile

When viewing the campaign page on mobile, the supporter feed section is labeled as Supporters. It would be good to have an option to customize this. E.g. Sponsors, Students, etc.

I would like to be able to customize the section labeled as "Supporters" because "Supporters" may be confusing to those viewing our page and our "Sponsors" may never click on that option to view the "Sponsorship Levels" consistent with the language in our campaign options. I specifically need that section to read "Sponsor Levels".
